WHO'S THE SMART ONE NOW, HUH?

My Dad found all these sites that can tell you how smart your doggie is. One of the books says that my breed is the 17th smartest. Well, I don't know about that, 'cause some of the tests seemed silly to me. I mean why would I come if you call me by another name. Duh! My name is Molly. I mean would you come if I called you Weasel?

Anyway, there are some websites with the tests listed below so you can try them with your doggie. 

One story about doggie IQ that you might find amusing. Border Collies are supposed to be the smartest breed. That could be true, but being real smart doesn't always make a good doggie. One of my Dad's friends rescued a Border Collie that was a problem dog. When he left the house, the Border Collie pushed out the screen on the front door to get outside. After the second time he bought a door with steel decorations in front of the screen so the doggie couldn't escape. Well, Mr. Smarty Dog figured out that windows have screens too, and pushed one of those out. Unfortunately it was a second story window and the doggie ended up at the vet.

Sometimes it's better to have a doggie that obeys really well and loves you. That's me!
